Troop 385 is a group made up of several Boy Scout Patrols. There are currently 6 Patrols, each consist of 5 to 8 Scouts. The member Scouts elect the Senior Patrol Leader, SPL, who is the Boy Scout in charge of the Troop. Each Patrol elects their own Patrol Leader and Assistant Patrol Leader. Together, the SPL and Patrol Leaders form the Patrol Leaders Council, PLC, which plans Troop activities and runs the Troop meetings.
